Colonial Hotel's restaurant, Carmela's, is well-known
for its presentation of regional favorites created
by our Executive Chef, Taylor Vaughn, and his culinary
team.
Begin the day with Carmela's Deluxe Continental
Breakfast complete with "Make Your Own Waffle
Station", available 7 days a week for individuals
and groups.
Each evening beginning at 5pm, Carmela's presents
menu creations that generate raves – Shrimp
& Scallop Abruzzi, Chicken Monterey, delectable
Grilled NY Sirloin Steak and many others.
Carmela's also offers imaginative appetizers
including Lobster Cakes over a bed of field greens
with Tangy Shrimp Salsa & the ever-popular
Coconut Sampler – Coconut Shrimp, Scallops
& Chicken with a Blackberry Cream Sauce. Children's
Menu, Sandwiches and creative desserts also available.
