Meet the Owner
Yazmin Badias Fadjo
Has been a Professional Food Broker for the past ten years forming her own company and having major accounts with large well known grocery stores and local bodegas in the Boston area. She has specialized in ethnic foods and the unique items that are used for their preparation and service. She has been named in Who's Who for 2006 by the Food Brokers Association of America. Yazmin is Cuban and has family in Puerto Rico as well as the U.S. She is married to Dr. Larry Fadjo and together they have ten children and live in Westford, Massachusetts.
Carmen Santibanez
Is sister to Salud and is also an experienced Chef who worked in the family business in Madrid, Spain. She has many years of hands-on tradition for the selection of the finest ingredients, quality produce, meats and seafood that are used in Cafe Madrid's specialty items. Carmen brings her culture and culinary experience to Chelmsford making Cafe Madrid a premier restaurant of authentic Spanish Cuisine.
